SoccerBot
We are putting the finishing touches on the
"standard program" that everyone will start with. It should be ready very
soon for you to copy and paste your autonomous code in and perhaps add a few
lines if you want to use the remote control buttons. I think this is a
good challenge but at the same time, I'd really like to move forward before we
have to start our final project.

Project Management
Here are several prompts for you to research and
provide responses for over the next several days. These need to be
completed by the date provided above. Please be sure to respond to these
prompts in some manner that gives a casual reader an indication of the original
prompt.
- What is a PERT chart? What are they used
for? What are the main components of a PERT chart?
- What is a Gantt Chart? What are they
used for? What are the main components of a Gantt chart?
- How is a PERT chart different from a Gantt
chart? Are they used in the same manner? Can they be used for
the same purpose? What types of projects are better planned using PERT
charts? Gantt charts?
- Create a PERT chart for a relatively
complicated task, such as cooking a meal, or setting up a LAN party, hooking
up an entertainment center, etc.
- Create a Gantt chart for the same task that
you created a PERT chart for in prompt #4.
- Select one of the methods to create a plan for
your group to complete the SoccerBot challenge that we are currently working
on in class. For a completion date for the project (aka competition date), consider
