Price of Decals for 1st Semester $50

INSTRUCTIONS:  READ CAREFULLY, INSTRUCTIONS MUST BE FOLLOWED TO OBTAIN A PARKING SPACE!
Only juniors and seniors with a Class "C" or Class "D" license need apply.  All other will be rejected

1.  If you are a "Joint Enrollment" or "Minimum Day" student, write it across the top of the application.

2.  The applicant must fill out all blanks completely in the first section, including home address.

3.  Applications due July 24th to pickup on August 7th, Wildcat Daze.

*** REMEMBER, ALL LATE APPLICATIONS WILL BE PROCESSED LAST, NO MATTER THE GRADE POINT AVERAGE***

4.All application must be filled out completely, signed by the driver and a parent, with a copy of your driver's license and valid insurance, not expired, copied on one sheet of paper.

5.  Next, put both copies of the application, white & yellow, along with check or money order for $40.00 made out to Wheeler High School in an envelope.  Address the envelope "Parking" and drop off in Admin 2.

6.  Finally, Cobb County policy dictates all students who drive to school must have a valid Georgia Drivers License & Georgia license tag to park on a school campus.

NOTE:  Students will not park in teacher's spaces or visitor's spaces at anytime during school hours.
