ENROLLMENT IN THE HOME STUDY PROGRAM
The process of enrolling a child in the Home
Study program is as follows:
For someone just moving into the Cobb County School District please
call the Home Study office at
(770) 426-3349 and
leave your name and address as designated on the voice menu. A
packet including the Declaration of Intent and attendance sheets
will be sent to you.
If you are registering a child for the first time
in school please come to the Home Study office between the hours of
8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. at 6997 Keene Street, Kennesaw, GA 30144 to
fill out the Declaration of Intent (Click here for directions).
If you are registering a child who is currently
enrolled in a Cobb County school, please come to the Home Study
office between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. and fill out the
Declaration of Intent. Your Declaration will be stamped "received"
and copied. You will then take this copy back to the school your
child has been attending so he/she can be officially withdrawn.
