WITHDRAWAL FROM THE HOME STUDY
PROGRAM
If you wish to withdraw your student from
the Home Study program, fill out the pink withdrawal form that is
included in the Home Study packet.
If you no longer have the withdrawal form, please
send a letter which includes your name, your child's name, the date
of withdrawal is effective, and why you are withdrawing, for
example, you are moving out of the Cobb County School District, if
you are enrolling your child in a school, or if your child is 16
years old.
