NEW STUDENT INFORMATION

No student enters without a registration appointment

New student registrations are held quarterly at Oakwood Open Campus High School. Call678-594-8240 for date and time of next registration between 8:30am and 3:00pm.

Registration Requirements for Oakwood Open Campus High School

A. Sixteen (16) or older

B. Have Earned at least five units

C. Live in the Cobb County School District New to Cobb County BOE bring two proofs of residency (2 documents - driver's license, utility bill or similar legal document)



	Please Bring to Student Orientation


1.Parent/Guardian		2. Copy of a current transcript with exit exam scores

3. Proof of Withdrawal from Your Home School	4. 60.00 dollar book deposit (refundable upon withdrawal from Oakwood)

5. Copy of Social Security Number 6. Dental, Hearing&Vision Form 3300 7. Immunization Form 3231or 3032
