Petitioner Training – September 23 – 27, 2013
Pre-petition submittal – January 15, 2014
Return-pre-submittal petition – March 5, 2014
Petitioner interviews – March 10, 2014 – March 21, 2014
Final petition submittal – May 1, 2014
