The
Cobb County School District utilizes the Blackboard Learning
Management System to deliver whole course instruction as
well as provide blended learning course shells to
interested teachers.
A course shell is a blank course that you can
populate with your own material. A template is copied
to create individual course shells (Algebra I, English Literature,
etc.) Every course shell includes
embedded information including basic
"getting-started" information for the instructor and a
basic orientation to assist students navigating the online
learning space .
