brochure
on the King Cobra or Mongoose. The brochure should include five
interesting
facts, two downloaded pictures, one clipart picture and
information
about the animals habitat, life, and lifestyle collected from
your
research. Be creative! I can’t wait to see what you’ve
learned!

and
completed the research they will produce a brochure on either a
Mongoose
or a King Cobra. Use the worksheets below to gather information
from
the websites above and from books in the Media Center.
The students will create a brochure using the research
information.
After the students complete their brochures, the students will share
their
brochures within their groups. They will then complete a compare
contrast sheet about the Mongoose and King Cobra. Revisit the
KWL+
with the whole class to see if they learned new information about the
Mongoose
and King Cobra and if they have additional questions.
