Weekly Individual Student Evaluation

WISE

OWL TIME is an Organizer, Worker, & Listener.

1. All class and/or homework assignments must be completed and turned in.

2. No more than 2 assignments (homework and/or class work) may be turned in late and all late assignments must be turned in by 8:00 A.M. Friday. These assignments must be signed off by your teacher.

3. Weekly Individual Student Evaluation (W.I.S.E.) must be in class everyday with the assignment book.

4. W.I. S. E. Sheet and assignment book must be signed and returned to your teacher by 8:00 A.M. Friday.

5. Two behavior marks recorded on the W.I.S.E. can be made up with “3 WAYS TO GO’. This must also be signed off by your teacher before OWL TIME.

“WAYS TO GO” are positive reinforcement owl cards. These cards will be traded at the WTG Store on Firday.

“W” Behavior Warning – After 1 warning, continued unsatisfactory behavior will be recorded on the W.I.S.E.

Study Hall is given if any assignments are missing or a behavior has been recorded and not signed off by your teacher.

STUDY HALL RULES

1. No talking

2. Water and restroom must be done before study hall.

3. Come prepared with GO Notebook, Assignment book, pencil, paper, and any work to be completed.

4. A book to read is also required in study hall.
