Mrs. Barfield has been teaching at Davis for 19 years. Mrs. Barfield says her favorite thing about Davis is the family atmosphere of the school.  She stated, "Davis is like a big family.  We all help and encourage each other."

     Mrs. Barfield enjoys many hobbies, including reading, riding her bike, and playing with her grandchildren.  Her professional goal is to obtain her Master's Degree, which she is currently working on.

     Did you know Mrs. Barfield collects books and art supplies?  She loves to be a "teacher" through art not only with her class but also with her grandchildren!

     In whatever she does, Mrs. Barfield just loves working with children!!! This is evident through her everyday exuberance and smile.
