August 29....3 Week
Progress Report
Distribution of three
week progress reports will be delayed until Tuesday, September
2, 2008,
due to technical difficulty with the Pinnacle program on Friday.
Pinnacle Internet Viewer (PIV):
.....PIV will replace i-Parent
for Internet Access to student grades and attendance.
.....Parent access codes and log-in
information can be picked up from the Hillgrove Guidance Department
....Photo identification is required in order to receive access
code information.

September 2-8....Senior Seminar
All seniors will meet with their counselor in home room groups for
Senior Seminar. Click
schedule of meeting times
for the senior's time. Students will learn all about the college
application process and will receive an individual
graduation status report. The status report needs to be signed by a
parent and returned to the counselor by Sept. 12th.
September 9.....PTSA Open House
Why not attend a valuable information session provided by your
School Counselors on the same night?

Voter Registration
Seniors - If you are 18 or will be 18 by Election Day November 4,
you can pick up voter
registration forms from Mrs. Dixon in Room 2309. Return the
completed forms to Mrs. Dixon
and she will take them to the county Voter Registration office.
