Semester 2007/2008
New parking applications and
renewal forms (for students who had a decal 1st
semester) for the 2nd semester may be picked up in
the front office beginning December 3, 2007 or click on the
following
parking form. You must turn in
the following with your completed parking application:

Copy of proof of insurance for the vehicle you
will be driving to school. Copy must include the expiration date
of the policy.

Copy of your valid class C or D license. Picture
must be visible.

Hillgrove High School parking rules form signed
by student and parent.
Complete parking
applications need to be returned to the front office no later than
December 17, 2007. Any application received after December
17, 2007 will not be approved prior to the beginning of 2nd
semester. Do not include payment when turning your application into
the front office.
If approved, you may
pay and pick up your decal from the bookkeeper during your lunch in
the cafeteria beginning December 18, 2007. Students must show their
drivers license when picking up their decal. The cost of parking for
the 2nd semester is $50.00, payable to Hillgrove High
School. Pay when you pick up your parking decal from the bookkeeper.
If you have 6 or more
unexcused absences or tardies during the 2nd semester
your parking will be revoked. Your parking will be revoked for the
remainder of the semester or 45 school days, whichever is greater.
You will not be able
to park on campus if you have outstanding fines or fees. See the
school bookkeeper to pay any fines or fees.
Reminder: Do
not park on Hillgrove High School’s campus without the proper decal.
You will be ticketed, and possibly towed. If you have any questions,
consult your student handbook, Officer Perkins, or Mr. Garity. |
