Parking Information
Parking application packets for the 2008-09 School Year are
available in the front office or you can download from our web page
following the links below.
Application packets will consist of the application form and a
Kell parking contract. Both must be completed and returned with
the appropriate fee ($50.00 per Semester), and
a copy of valid Drivers License and Current Insurance Card to the
front office.
Make checks payable to: Kell High School when
submitting the application and fee.
There will be Emergency Daily Parking for $1.00 per day in a Restricted
Assigned Parking Area Only (see Front Office of Campus Officer for
location).
* Applications will not be accepted without this completed information.
There will be No Assigned “Number” Parking Spaces for
Student Parking, and all Student Parking will require a Current
Student Parking Permit. Violators will be Ticketed and/or Towed.
Seniors have an assigned parking area located in the Upper Parking
Lot near the Gym, and any vehicle without a Senior Parking Permit
will be Ticketed and/or Towed.
Juniors and Sophomores are assigned to the Lower Parking Lot between
the Gym and Stadium, But Not In Any Faculty/Staff assigned Area
and Spaces. Any Student vehicle without a Junior or Sophomore Parking
Permit will be Ticketed and/or Towed.
Freshman – NO FRESHMAN WILL BE ALLOWED TO
DRIVE OR PARK, EVEN IF THEY ARE A SECOND YEAR FRESHMAN!!!!!! NO
EXCEPTIONS!!!!!
Any and All Student Vehicles parking without a current & valid
parking permit, and/or parking in any Unauthorized/Restricted/Prohibited
parking areas will be issued Citations/Tickets and/or Towed.
* Fines for Citations/Tickets: 1st. offense = $10.00 ; 2nd offense
= $20.00 ; 3rd offense = $30.00 and vehicle towed; etc. Fines are
due the next school day from the date of the citation/ticket. A
late fee of $1.00 per day will be assessed until the original amount
of the fine is doubled (i.e. $10.00 citation will cap at $20.00).
Failure to pay fines could result in loss of driving privileges,
holding of grades, transcript, or possibly diploma, and towing of
the vehicle.
