school. Counselors help students organize, plan, and navigate the
road to their personal future. The counseling team at McEachern High

Frequently Asked Guidance Questions
SENIOR TRANSCRIPTS
Senior Transcripts can be requested in the Russell Hall main office.
Once a student reaches the age of 18 parents no longer have access
to records. If a student is over 18 only they can make a request for
transcripts and pick them up. A student can also provide a
parent with written consent to pick-up the transcript and the note
will be placed in the students file.
WITHDRAWING FROM MCEACHERN
We do not withdraw during the summer. Parents can come to Russell
Hall and fill out a records request. Records will be ready within
3-4 business days We do not fax or mail student records during the
summer.
REGISTRATION FOR 2007-2008 SCHOOL YEAR
Walk-in registration will take place during the summer guidance
office hours listed below. The last walk-in will be at 2:00 PM.
Please note that when you register your student you must
have all the information listed on the JF-7 general
application form. Please click

application form - JF-7. We cannot fax the sending school
for information and complete the registration the same day.

ADAP CERTIFICATES
Students planning on obtaining a driver’s license this
summer and must have an ADAP certificate. Certificates must
be obtained from the Guidance Office in the Freshman Center
prior to May 23. There is a 2 day turn around. Students
will also need a certificate of attendance which can be
obtained in Russell Hall, see Ms. Kim Edwards in the
Registrar’s office.
