Post-Evaluation Performance Celebration


 

Dear Band Parent,

Each year, the 7th and 8th grade bands gather together to celebrate the conclusion of the GMEA Performance Evaluation process. The preparation period involved 8 weeks of intense rehearsal, home practice, and careful monitoring of musical goals.  In order for your child to participate in this celebration, I must have a signed permission form indicating that your child will attend.  I would also like for you to indicate your child's pizza preference by checking the appropriate box below. Thank you!

My child,_______________________________________, has permission to attend the post-Performance Evaluation celebration to be held in the cafeteria on April 2, 2009.  I understand there is no cost involved for my child to participate and that pizza and soft drinks will be provided though the Dodgen Band Student Recognition fund. I understand that I am to pick up my child at 5:00 PM in front of Dodgen's main entrance.
