Cobb County's Mentor Teacher Program is designed around the following research-based, performance indicators of effective teacher mentoring:

  NEWS FLASH!  State legislation in Spring, 2006 officially removed the state stipend previously paid to all TSS Endorsed Mentors who provide support to beginning teachers.
