 The purpose of the Character Through The Arts grant is  to integrate arts agencies/teaching artists and the Artful Learning™ education reform model with proven character education strategies to impact student development of  moral character and to achieve academic success. The Harmony Leland school community has  developed a unified approach to core ethical values and a code of ethics.
