Welcome Back to School! To assist you with arrival and dismissal procedures please read the following information. We look forward to seeing you and to a great school year.

Times and Locations for Early Morning Student Arrival.

Morning Study Hall

• Students may not arrive for morning study hall until 8:15AM.
• Parents should drop students off at the front entrance of the school for study hall.
• Other than the specific situations listed below, Mabry does not provide for student supervision before 8:15 AM and will not assume liability should a student be at school prior to 8:15 AM.

Intramurals

• Students participating in Intramurals may arrive between 8:00 AM and 8:10 AM in the circular drive entrance nearest the gym doors.
• Parents should enter the front parking lot and proceed down to the circular drive nearest the gym doors when dropping students off for Intramurals.
• This entrance is locked promptly at 8:10 AM.
• Students arriving after 8:10 AM may not participate in Intramurals that day.

Band, Orchestra, and Chorus Rehearsals or Pass offs

• These students may arrive between 8:00 AM and 8:15 AM in the back bus lanes. You may not use the bus port for drop off after 8:15 due to bus traffic.
• These students will receive detailed information about this procedure from their band, orchestra, or chorus teachers.
• This entrance is locked promptly at 8:15 AM.
• Students arriving after 8:15 must come in through the front entrance to the school and report to study hall.
• Parents should drop their students off from the front parking lot after 8:15 AM.
• For safety reasons, no cars are allowed in the back bus lanes area after 8:15 AM.

Early Morning Study Sessions with Teachers

• Students cannot be admitted into the building until the teacher arrives or until 8:15 AM, which ever happens first.
• The teacher will pick the student up from study hall.
• Study sessions must be arranged in advance with the teacher.

Dismissal Procedures

• School will dismiss at 4:15
• Car riders - When you are pickking up your student, please follow the circle completely around through the bottom parking lot.
• To check out your student early, send a note to designating the time for pickup.
• If you need to check them out early, please bring your I.D. to the front office or volunteer desk to check your student out.
