Student Organizations

Varner Vocaliers	Varner Vocaliers is a choral group that is comprised of fourth and fifth grade students.  They work with the music teacher, Mrs. Rowland, and have several performances each year.
Wee Deliver	Wee Deliver is Varner's interschool mail system.  Here students & teachers can mail letters to anyone in the school.  These letters will be sorted and delivered by Varner students.
Welcome Team	Varner's Welcome team has 2 members from every classroom.  Their job is to greet and show new students around our school.
Safety Patrol	Mrs. Jordan heads up the safety patrol.  This is a group of students that stands duty in the mornings and afternoons to help keep our hallways in order.
Peer Helpers	Peer Helpers is a group that is trained by our guidance counselors to help tutor younger students during a free period each week.  Peer Helpers play games, read books, and help students with work.
News Team	Varner watches the Varner News Network daily to receive our morning announcements.  Students take part in all parts of the production process with the guidance of Mrs. Hamilton and Mrs. Verheyn.
