Bill Nye the Science Guy contains episode guides, activities, and online demos of science experiments.

BrainPopJr- Great site with Science, Health, Writing, Reading, Social Studies and Math videos, activities, and online quizzes. Free until May.

Cool Science- Site designed by the Howard Hughes Medical Institute to help kids explore Biology.
Digger and the Gang- BBC's interactive site with language arts, math, and science activities for children 5-7 years old.
Dynamo's Lab- BBC Education site with fun science experiments and activities. Requires Shockwave Flash 3.
Fetch with Ruff Ruffman- PBS Kids show about investigation. Includes games and activities.

Grossology- Discovery Kid's site about two "Grossologists" who work for the secret government to solve crimes. Uses real science in a fun way. TV show with games and activities.
