Awtrey Middle School strives to establish a positive learning environment where students, teachers, administrators, parents, and community members share the responsibility for advancing and promoting sound learning opportunities for all students.  As educators, we recognize each student as a valued individual who learns in different ways within a context of a safe and comfortable environment.  We are committed to providing a relevant, challenging curriculum to prepare students with the interpersonal skills and knowledge base necessary to become productive citizens and life-long learners in an ever-changing global society.

FCA is hosting a tailgate party for all Awtrey Middle School students before the North Cobb Football game on October 24th.  The cost for students is FREE.  Parents are $4.  There will be music, food, games, and prizes including free tickets to the game.  The event will be held behind Awtrey Middle from 6:00-7:30 p.m. that night.  Drop in; hang out; and go support North Cobb as they take on Marietta High School for senior night.  Parents are encouraged to attend the game with students.
