This is my ninth year as Library Media Specialist at Big Shanty
Elementary School. I thoroughly enjoy working with the students here. It
is my goal to foster
their love of reading, and develop their "research skills for real
life" in the Information Age. This year, I will be collaborating with teachers to develop our students' ability
to access information, critical thinking skills, and writing and presentation
skills. I have a bachelor's degree in
Sociology from Emory College and a Library Media Specialist master's
degree from Georgia State University. |
