It is the student's responsibility to keep up with the books that he/she checks out from the Media Center. If the student loses or damages a book that is checked out to him/her, he/she must pay the cost of replacing that book. He/she may not check out another book from the Media Center until his book is returned or paid for. If, at the end of the school year, a student has not returned or paid for books that are checked out to him/her, the student's report card will be held until all books are accounted for. If a student should come from another school and had not returned books from the Media Center at the previous school,  he/she will not be allowed to check out any books at Clarkdale.
