Please indicate which session you prefer. If your student is planning to attend both sessions, check both boxes. Spaces are filled on a first-come, first served basis. If your student is not put in the program, you will be notified. Otherwise, have him or her report to the media center on the first day of class.

˙English/Social Studies
The first half of the session will be working on the required summer reading for English and the second half of the session will be working on the required summer reading for Social Studies.
˙English/SAT Review
The first half of the session will be working on the required summer reading for English and the second half of the session will be a tutorial for the SAT.

Please indicate which area your student would like help, i.e. biology, chemistry, etc.

Please indicate both the language and the level your student has just completed, i.e. Spanish I, French II, etc.
˙Study Skills
The students will spend the entire session working on organizational skills, note taking, comprehension, etc. They will also work on the summer readings as part of the class.

Please indicate the level for which your student needs the additional help i.e. Geometry, Algebra I, etc. This class may either be the one your student has just completed and needs additional help in, or the class for which your student is registered for the fall.
˙ESOL
This is for students who need remedial help with English as a second language.
NOTE: Students who attend one session for the entire four weeks will receive one half unit study skills credit. Students who attend both sessions for the entire four weeks will receive a full unit of credit in study skills. In order to receive the credits, students must be on time, prepared, and present at all sessions. If a student misses a morning session, he or she may make it up in the afternoon if the student is working towards a half unit of credit.
