We finished the mock Constitutional Convention today in class.  Students completed their sheet titled The Founding Fathers.  We then took time to go over the correct answers.  A quiz was announced for this coming Friday.  The quiz will cover the following topics, which were covered in the convention activity:
1) Name four problems with the Articles of Confederation and explain how the
    Constitution fixed these problems.
2) Describe the Great Compromise, including Abraham Baldwin's role.
3) Explain how the Bill of Rights affected ratification of the Constitution.

We then went to the E-4 computer lab to begin recording our American Revolution Kid's Books.

The entire class today was spent in the computer lab, taking a technology test for the county.

At the start of class today, students took the quiz that was announced on Wednesday.

Students then completed a sheet titled "We the People," which helped them analyze the content of the U.S. Constitution.

After looking thoroughly at the Constitution, students were given an Outline of the Georgia Constitution and completed a Comparing Constitutions Worksheet.  This was designed to analyze the similarities and differences between the Georgia and U.S. constitutions.
