Ways YOU Can Help the EVESF
Make a Family Gift in honor of an Eastvalley student you love!
Financial contributions, big or small, will be the backbone to the Foundation’s
ability to grow resources and make a significant impact on our school. The leadership
of the Eastvalley Foundation asks each family to consider making an annual contribution
to the Foundation. We pledge to not bombard families with requests for contributions
throughout the year… though we will keep you up to date on fun family activities
and events that you will want to enjoy (while supporting your EVESF!)
Who should consider making a contribution to the EVESF?
- Families of enrolled students
- Families of “graduates”
- Alumni
- Grandma and Grandpa
- The Cobb Business community
- Anyone who cares about improving the quality of services and the EV school environment!
How to give—made easy to fit your personal needs:
Contributions can be made at any time to the Eastvalley Foundation. Acknowledgment for your tax records is guaranteed.
Gift matching programs are plentiful among Georgia employers. Please inquire at your company’s H.R. department to learn if your gift can be doubled, even tripled by your firm.
Donors wishing to pledge an annual gift and receive quarterly reminders can arrange for statements
Contributions can be sent to the Foundation or simply forwarded to any board member for processing

“Gifts in Kind”, non-financial contributions are wonderful,
easy opportunities for your family or business to support learning at Eastvalley.
Our greatest needs include:
- Computers: Upgrading your home or office computer? Please consider donating your gently used computers, monitors and printers to Eastvalley students. EV needs more computers for students and teachers!! If you know of businesses willing to donate computers to EV, please contact one of the EVESF board members—we are happy to supply marketing materials and make the request for you.
- Computer Supplies: Ink cartridges, educational software, paper and labels are all welcome
- Physical Education Supplies: Working with our P.E. department, a growing list of sporting goods, balls, nets and equipment is being developed.
- Consulting: Do you have untapped fundraising skills? Marketing Savvy? Throw the best parties on your block? The EVESF needs you and your ideas to plan events, aid with fundraising and spread the word that our school has a foundation and needs community support.
