Summer Office Hours: Keheley's main office will be open from 9 AM until 2 PM Monday through Thursday .The election for SPLOST III has been approved and scheduled for September 16, 2008. Information can be viewed by going to the CCSD website. For information specific to Keheley's SPLOST improvements, go to http://www.cobbk12.org/splost/. Scroll down to #8 (Facility Summary) and click on Summary. Scroll until you find Keheley on the alphabetical list of schools.It's not easy being green, but Keheley teachers have done it again. In fact, in addition to being designated as one of only 7 Cobb County Green Schools, Keheley is one of only 3 schools achieving Gold status for this school year! That means at least 15 Keheley teachers have developed at least 5 "green" lesson plans each. Mrs. Feathers, a 5th grade Keheley teacher, has been named the 2007-2008 Green School Teacher of the Year! Mrs. Feathers was chosen because of her unique science lessons that she designed around the drought and implemented with her students. Way to go, Mrs. Feathers!Individual CRCT reports for students in grades 1-5 will be available at our school June 10, 11 & 12. The reports can be obtained on each of these days from 8 AM until 4 PM. If you are not able to pick up your child's report on one of these days, it will be available during preplanning (Aug. 4-8).We're fundraising and recycling for a great cause - childhood cancer! Please send your used printer cartridges and cell phones to the media center to be recycled. The environment benefits by keeping toxins out of our ground water and air, CURE Childhood Cancer benefits with funding and public awareness, and Keheley benefits from the funds raised.
