Teachers will work toward a collaborative environment where there is shared responsibility for student academic performance. |
Teachers will:
- Work collegially to enhance student achievement.
- Strategize and problem solve to address students’ academic needs.
- Analyze data to focus teacher instruction.
- Support each other professionally in learning communities.

- Teachers developed norms for team meetings in 2006-2007. Grade level teams are reviewing norms and making revisions for 2007-2008.
- Teachers meet on grade level teams and on K-5 vertical action teams.
- Time is designated weekly for grade level or vertical collaborative meetings.
- Keheley Leadership Team will review grade level norms and submit Keheley school norms to all staff.

Agendas will document regularly scheduled collaborative meetings.
Data from a survey, Assess Behavioral Norms…Qualities of the School Environment, will be collected at the beginning and at the end of the year.
Quarterly surveys from each grade level will document the effectiveness of the use of grade level norms. |
