The staff should recognize the developmental stages of individual students, assess their needs, and thereby provide them with experiences of success and accomplishment that will aid in developing self-discipline and a positive self-concept. 

All students should acquire the necessary academic skills to become proficient at reading, writing, math, and the use of technology.

All Keheley stakeholders should establish and evaluate school wide goals and revise and update these goals as needed.

The school should establish a continuous, sequential, and challenging program to provide emotional, social, physical, and academic success for each student.

The staff should provide positive citizenship experiences while respecting individual differences.

The staff and parents should collaborate to provide a quality education for all students to become lifelong learners.
