Welcome to my new website! My name is Larry Boggs and I am very exicted to be the new music teacher at Kemp. We are going to do a lot of wonderful things this year.

Kemp students take part in a variety of activities in music class. These activities include moving, singing, playing instruments, listening, creating and reading music. They are designed to help children develop musical skills and to know and appreciate many different kinds of music.

	Students at Kemp will take part in a variety of activities in music class. These activities are designed to help each child develop musical skill and to know and appreciate many different styles of music. At Kemp students will have experience on the following instruments: Keyboard, Orff Percussion, Melody Bells, Recorder and Rhythm Band Instruments.
Varied musical activities will provide each student with an understanding of cultural and historical heritage. In addition, each student will see the connection between music and other subject areas. Music can also develop creativity and problem-solving skills. Let's make music!
