We have many wonderful events planned for everyone. For students we have a strong academic curriculum, extended by excellent physical education, fine arts, counseling programs, and numerous after school activities such as ASP, Chess Club, Spanish lessons, Rocket Club, Young Rembrandts, Odyssey of the Mind, Science Olympiad, and Kemp Chorale. Please check on our school’s web page for a continuous updated overview of our school.

Parents we invite you to become part of the Kemp family to help provide the highest quality education for your child. Become a member of our volunteer program through the PTA or Kemp Foundation. As it is through the enormous numbers of talents and labors of love from volunteers and employees, coupled with the synergy of the faculty/staff working cooperatively together we are successful. We blend our talents and areas of expertise and are able to soar to a height of quality witnessed by the rarest of public and private school.

Students in order to have a stimulating, challenging and orderly environment conducive to learning, we stress two points: participation and cooperation. We offer a full scale of educational opportunities for participation; please take advantage of the variety of opportunities. Your cooperation is appreciated as we continue to work together in creating our exceptional school.

Sincerely,
Kristy Mason

Welcome to the 2008-2009 school year. The Kemp focus this year will be on reading, writing, and math problem solving. Our purpose is to provide the keys to discovering excellence. It is my belief that education is a collaborative effort between home and school. Together we hold the keys to success for the Kemp students. We look forward to creating the partnership to unlocking the student’s hearts and minds.

In order to support your child’s learning goals; please make sure that he/she arrives on time each day. Be aware of class work and homework assignments. Check your student’s agenda daily and encourage your child to develop a sense of responsibility for his/her own behavior and learning goals. Keep in touch with your child’s teacher.

I look forward to this year and the Kemp staff anticipates many exciting opportunities for you and your children.

Sincerely,
Kristy R. Mason
