Attention Students and Parents--Important Notice about GPA:

While it is true that the Hope Scholarship calculation is changing for the Class of 2007 and beyond--and ONLY Advanced Placement and International Baccalaureate courses will receive extra weighting in the calculation...this will NOT affect the students' overall GPA calculation for our Kennesaw Mountain transcript. The current method of calculating GPAs on a 4.0 weighted scale continues to remain in effect--which includes weighting certain Honors, Magnet, AP, and IB courses.
