My name is Nancy Tretinik. I do not look at teaching as a problem to solved, but as an adventure. I have been teaching for the past 24 years, with the last six-years spent at KMHS. During this period I have taught a variety of classes, but they have all been focused around business and/or technology skills. I have seen a big change in technology throughout my teaching career. My beginning years were spent teaching shorthand and keyboarding on manual typewriters. However, I have seen technology evolve in ways that simplify previously complex tasks, increase efficiency, and empower the individual. As a result, my main teaching goal is to show students how technology can enhance their lives.
