Sometimes injury is an unfortunate part of physical activity. While we don't wish it upon anyone, it does happen. Part of the Mustang way is that we do everything in the safest environment possible. We do this with proper technique, groups with similar abilities and by orchestrating the workout in a structured fashion. Furthermore, we don't tolerate horseplay and lack of discipline in the weight room. If an injury does occur we follow the simple protocol of RICE. Rest, Ice, Compression, and Elevation are the key points to use when treating injuries. However, if a problem continues, please seek professional medical help.
