Orientation Orientation will be held for students and parents on Saturday, August 9th from 10 am to 12 pm.
Supply List and Dress Code You can find the supply list and dress code for 2008-2009 posted in the Parent section of our website. Please continue to check our website as we get closer the beginning of the year for updates and information about the new year.
New Student Registration Students who are new to the area may register for school on Thursday, August 7, 2008 from 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. in the 6th Grade Academy Cafe located at 1550Pebblebrook Cir SE, Mableton, Ga 30126.
You will need to bring:
1. Report Card with promotion status
2. Two proofs of address (lease, property tax, utility bill, voter registration, or employer documentation)
3. Social Security number of child being enrolled
4. Birth Certificate
5. Immunization Verification
6. Dental Verification

Students transferring from Bryant, Clay, Riverside, or Harmony-Leland do NOT need to register.
School Choice Information Students zoned to attend the new Lindley Sixth Grade Academy will
not have the option of School Choice for the 2008-2009 school year
under the conditions of the No Child Left Behind Act (NCLB). As Lindley
Sixth Grade Academy is considered a new school, it will have no AYP
status under NCLB until the end of its' first year (2008-2009).
