Summer Registration for new students attending Lost Mountain in the fall will be held on Tuesday, July 22^nd from 9am to 6pm. in the Media Center.  Please contact the school for an appointment. 

Per Cobb County guidelines you will need the following to register: 

• An official copy of the student’s Social Security number
• Certificate of Immunization on Georgia Form 3231

*Please note if you are transferring from out of state or entering 6^th grade, your child is required to have two doses of MMR and two doses of Varicella.

• Hearing, Dental, Vision Screening Certificate on Georgia Form 3231
• Last Report Card to show promotion 
• Special Education Records
• Two documents for proof of residency
