Registration Cards:
Please be sure to review your
child's registration cards and make any corrections. If your
child is not returning to Nickajack, please let us know.
Requesting a Specific
Teacher:
Parents may not request
specific teachers for the next school year; however, you are
welcome to write a letter which describes your child's
learning style and the style you feel would complement your
child.
Lost and Found:
All items will be
on tables the last week of school for your perusal. We will
donate all unclaimed clothing to a shelter.
Last Day of School:
Students may not bring home
on the bus any materials such as books. lunch boxes, book
bags, etc. on the last day of school. Transportation reports
that they have lots of items left on buses that is never
retrieved. Thanks for your cooperation.
Student's
Accounts:
Please be sure to take care of all accounts (lunch, ASP,
lost books) prior to the end of the school year. Report card
will be held, if accounts are not current.
A Big Note of
Appreciation to Hands on Atlanta!
Volunteers spent
the day at Nickajack painting murals, working on the outdoor
classroom, weeding and planting shrubs, painting the track
and parking lot numbers. Thank you for your time and labor
of love!

WOW! What a year it has been,
I can not believe the time has gone so fast.
 We
finished CRCT testing and our students showed
outstanding attendance for optimal test taking
conditions. Way to go, NES Students on being here
everyday! Parents will be notified once the scores
come back to school.
The
last few weeks of school bring lots of fun
activities like field day, class picnics, and other
end of the year activities.
