- Begin researching colleges
- Take challenging coursework

- Register and prepare for the ACT/SAT exams-free ACT/SAT practice tests
- Take the PSAT exam to qualify for the National Merit Scholarships

- If you haven’t, register for the ACT/SAT exams for the second semester

- Continue looking for a school based on what is important to you

- Narrow down school choices and begin scheduling campus tours

- If enrolled in AP courses, register and take AP exams

- Being your scholarship search and start writing essays to submit with scholarship applications
- Review next year’s senior coursework with your counselor

- Discuss college options with your family

- Look into an internship that has relevance to your career goals
- Visit schools and take campus tours
- Request more information on living costs, tuition, and financial aid applications
