I wanted to make a difference in a person’s life so I discovered that the field of education was where I needed to be.  My philosophy on education is simple.  You have to love what you do, and you must be able to communicate effectively.  We, as educators, must realize that everyone is unique and we must foster everyone’s growth.  We must encourage, support and challenge every student to seek out their dreams in life.
