Check-out Policy
|
 |
You must have a Pebblebrook HS photo ID card
to check out books. |
 |
Regular books may be checked out
for a period of 3 weeks and may be renewed. |
 |
Overnight items may be checked out
at the end of the school day and must be returned before first
period the following school day. These items include the following:

Magazines (not current issues) |
 |
Items placed on temporary overnight reserve for projects. |

Videos/AV materials with teacher permission and a refundable $3.00
deposit. |

Fines for regular check-outs are $.05 per day; for overnight items
fines are $.25 per day. |

Students may use the media center
after school at their own discretion while abiding by school
policies. Students must have a pass from a media specialist or a teacher
to visit before school.
There are three ways in which you may
visit the media center during the day: with a class, with a pass from
your classroom teacher, or with a pass from the media center during your
lunch.

If you are scheduled to visit the
media center with your class, your teacher will make the necessary
arrangements. |
 |
When you visit the media center
from a classroom, you must have a pass signed by your teacher in
order to be admitted. Please present your pass at the circulation
desk. |
 |
Passes for lunch are issued in the
media center beginning at 7:45 a.m. until 1st lunch begins. Lunch visitors should come prepared to work quietly and
should not bring food or drink. Please return to the cafeteria to
socialize and visit with friends. |
