The Attendance Office/Pupil Personnel Office is office located inside the main entrance. We are grateful to our strong parent volunteer base that assists daily in Attendance Office. The main responsibility of the Attendance Office is to maintain the attendance records for the school, locate students for administrators, staff and parents, maintain and submit data according to local, state and federal guidelines and process the Certificates of Attendance.

The Attendance Office is the hub of activity at Pope. Students are checking in and out of school. Field trips are happening. Minimum day students are coming and going. Parents and guardian are calling with last minute or forgotten appointments. Lunches, lunch money, projects, textbooks, notebooks and gym shorts or sports uniforms are being dropped off. Students are ill or injured requiring assistance. Medication needs to be administered. Administrators and teachers need telephone numbers, addresses, schedules, attendance or tardy records. This is a small glimpse of the activities in Attendance Office.

Pope's population of approximately 2,000 students makes it impossible to handle the many personal request and deliveries. WE NEED YOUR HELP!
