Delivery Dates

March 12, 2008	Announcements pick up in gym lobby during all lunches
April 15, 2008	Caps and gowns pick up in gym lobby during all lunches

Practices (All 3 are mandatory if student is participating in ceremony)

April 3, 2008	Signed Graduation Contract due	Return to HR teachers
May 19-20 M&T	Senior Exams	M/3^rd, 4^th T/1^st, 2^nd
May 21 Weds.	Graduation practice at Pope in gym	8:30 AM-11:30AM
May 22 Thurs.	Practice at Roswell Baptist Church	1:30PM-3:30PM
MAY 23 Fri.	Pope in Gym tickets distributed/lottery*	8:30-11:30

*Tickets 4 per student/ one extra ticket first come first serve and the process will continue till all tickets given; see contract for specifics

Ceremony

May 23, 2008 @ 7:00 PM on Friday Roswell Street Baptist Church (774 Roswell St Se
Marietta, GA)

Expect traffic to be extremely heavy on Friday night, please plan on arriving early. Doors open at 6:00 PM.
Handicapped guests will be greeted at 5:40 and seated in designated areas. (Please let us know of any special accommodations ahead of time)
Preferential seating given to parents of Senior Class Officers, Valedictorians, Salutatorians and other specified candidates receiving awards(You will receive your invitation in the mail).
Roswell Baptist Church seats only 3,000 which limit the amount of tickets available; each student will receive four tickets. Additional tickets will be available through a lottery process at last practice.
PVI will be sole provider of video. Orders should be placed on or before May 23^rd 2008 in the amount of $35.00 and an additional $5.00 shipping fee. A copy of an order form will be in the materials to be mailed home.
