Grading Scale: All Cobb County Schools use the following grading scale:
A = 90-100
B = 80-89
C = 74-79
D = 70-73
F = Below 70

Grade Point Average And Class Rank: Class rank is based on overall grade point average. All students and all classes are included when calculating class rank. All Advanced Placement and certain honors level classes are weighted as shown below when calculating grade point average.

Curriculum Levels: Academic courses are offered at different levels of instruction. Advanced Placement courses carry the prefix AP. Honors level classes are indicated by the inclusion of "Honors" in the course title.

One bonus quality point is added for the completion of:

AP Calculus

Chemistry II

AP Biology

1/2 bonus quality point is awarded for the completion of the honors level of:
