Point explanations

  1. Exercise - Some ideas for exercise points includes:

    Walking, hiking, biking, swimming, running, jumping, yoga, Tai Chi, aerobics, etc.

    Other ideas are taking the stairs for a point, parking farther away, walking from 440 to 514, add a 5 minute walk to your lunch break.  Get creative and have fun.

  2. Eat five-a-day - This means eating a total of five fruits and vegetables a day.
