Walking, hiking, biking, swimming, running, jumping, yoga, Tai Chi, aerobics, etc. | |

Other ideas are taking the stairs for a point, parking
farther away, walking from 440 to 514, add a 5 minute walk to your lunch
break. Get creative and have fun. |
Eat five-a-day - This means eating a total of five fruits
and vegetables a day.
Example - 1 banana, 1 orange, one serving green beans, one small salad, one
