Simpson wins Bronze Awards
From the Governor’s Office of Student Achievement
The 2007 Georgia’s Single Statewide Accountability System Awards have just been granted, and Simpson has won the Bronze Award. Schools received a Bronze Award for student Performance on the Spring 2006-2007 CRCT. The Bronze Award is received by schools with at least 95% of the students "Meeting and Exceeding Standards, with at least 20% Exceeding Standards" on the CRCT. In the spring of 2005-06, Simpson was one of two middle schools in the state of Georgia to receive both a Platinum and a Bronze Award for student CRCT performance.
