   Matt Yancey

   Education: Bachelor of Science in Anthropology & Sociology, Berry

                    College  

                    Master of Social Work, The University of Georgia

                    Master of Public Administration, Kennesaw University

  Matt Yancey enjoys playing golf, running, and gardening.  He also

  enjoys cooking with his wife, attending live music events, and trying

  to break '200' in bowling.  

 

  Special Interests/Training: Matt is interested in child welfare and

  governmental leadership.  He has several years of experience with

  DFCS.  He has also worked with the United Way of Rome & Floyd

  County and the Coosa River Basin Initiative.  He is also currently

  pursuing licensure as a clinical social worker.   

 

  Family: Matt is happily married to Erin, a CPA.  They enjoy spending

  their time with their five year old chocolate lab, Pearl.
