New Student Information

All registration appointments are conducted by appointment only. Visitors must check-in at the main office to receive a visitor’s pass. Once a visitor’s pass has been issued, and your appointment has been verified by the appropriate grade level office, you will directed to the appropriate location to register you student. The following items are needed for registration:

  • Social Security Card/Number
  • Certificate of Immunization (Georgia Form 3231)
  • Hearing, Dental, Vision Certificate (Georgia Form 3300)
  • Birth Certificate
  • Withdrawal form from previous school and verification of academic status i.e. transcript or report card if the student is a rising 9 th grade student.
  • All disciplinary and special education records from the students previous school
  • Two documents proving residency. 

Prior to your appointment please stop by the school to pick up an enrollment packet.  Students without completed paperwork at the time of their appointment may be required to reschedule.

Please contact the SCHS to schedule an appointment for the following days and times.

  • July 9th and 16th from 8:30AM to 2:30PM
  • Week of July 28th from 8:30AM to 2:30PM
  • Week of August 4th from 8:30AM to 2:30PM

 

General Appointment

All appointments are conducted by appointment only. In order to schedule an appointment, you must contact the appropriate grade level counselor.

Withdrawal Procedures

In order to withdraw you student from school you must make the initial request at the grade level office with either the guidance clerk or guidance counselor. The records room will receive the request and begin to process the necessary paperwork. Withdrawal forms will be available for pick-up within 24 hours of the initial date of request in the appropriate grade level office.
