The  enrollment from 2005-06, was 639 students. All students live in single dwelling homes. Of Still's students 19.87% are African-American, 2.66% are Asian, 71.67% are Caucasian, 2.35% Hispanic and 3.29% are multi-racial. The school population is made up of 54% male students and 46% female students. Food and Nutrition Services reports that 11.5% of Still Elementary's students receive free or reduced meals. Seventy-eight (12.4%) students at Still Elementary are eligible for the gifted program. Fifty (7.9%) receive special education services
