We are excited to return to Indian Hills Country Club for our annual Silent and Live Auction! The All Star Auction, a theme chosen to reflect the awesome accolades recently earned by Timber Ridge, promises to be a great evening with even greater benefits. Mingle with friends, enjoy good food, and bid on some of the many amazing items that will be available.
After last year's incredible auction, we have great expectations for this event, and we need your help to ensure this year’s auction is the most successful one yet. Get involved by volunteering for a committee or donating an item or service to the auction. Most importantly, ATTEND THE EVENT! It will be an evening you won’t want to miss. Again, please mark your calendar for March 15th. Tell the babysitter you’ll be at Indian Hills Country Club and be prepared to enjoy an evening of fun while making a difference in your child’s education. To volunteer, contact Amy Moosbrugger, Auction Chair, at amymoos@bellsouth.net.
In the meantime, we encourage you to support our sponsors by visiting their local shops and places of business. Their support helps your childrens' education!
Want a sneak peek at the available items? Download the Auction Program and make sure you find the items you want to bid on!
Did you loose your ticket order form? Don't worry, it happens. You can download the order form here and send it in!
Are you a professional? Do you own your own business? Do you work for a business that could share its goods and/or services with our community? Are you creative? Do you own a vacation home or condo? Do you have season tickets to a team sport?
Please help us make this year’s silent and live auction on March 15th to be a success by making a donation of services or goods, or helping solicit them! All donations will directly impact the educational opportunities of the children at Timber Ridge.
Can you donate…
We think you’ll find donating to the Timber Ridge Auction to be a win-win situation. Our children will benefit and your business will benefit as well. Consider contributing at the Gold, Silver or Bronze level and your business will be listed in the 08-09 School Directory as a Foundation Sponsor. It is a year long reminder of your commitment.
If the item is small, please return it along with the attached form directly to the front office at Timber Ridge. If the item is large, please call or email one of us to arrange for a volunteer to pick it up. We are looking forward to your participation!

It is a tradition here at TR that each classroom creates a one-of-a-kind item for the Foundation Auction. Even though the Auction is not until March, planning and prep has been going on for weeks already. The projects have been set, the cafe stage reserved and it is time to ask for donations to help keep the cost of the items minimal. If you have anything on the list and wish to donate it, please contact Marge Cavitt (mcavitt@juno.com) so I can arrange a pick up. The TR working days will be most Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays beginning January 16th through February 29th during lunch hours. If you would like to work with the students please email me with your grade level and dates available. The grades will be scheduled for their work week once I have volunteers set. Thank you in advance for your help! — Marge Cavitt
