We recommend that your student mail all of the documents required for
admission at one time in a large envelope.
Counselor Recommendation
If a counselor recommendation is needed for your college applications, you
should submit, with your application, a completed Senior Recommendation
Information Sheet (available in the Guidance Office) or a personal high school
resume (which should include Clubs and Sports in which you have participated,
leadership positions you have held, special awards and recognitions which you
have received, volunteer/community activities, and work experience). Letters of
recommendation should be requested two weeks or more prior to the application
deadline.
Procedure for Requesting Transcripts
- Complete your section of the application form (on-line or paper
application)
- Bring all completed documents to the Guidance Office clerk
- Complete the transcript request card
- Pay $2 fee for each transcript requested
- An official transcript will be printed and attached to the application and
recommendation forms. Your counselor will review the information and mail
the entire application package.
SAT and ACT Scores
It is the students' responsibility to send official SAT and/or ACT scores
directly to the colleges. These scores are not a part of your high school
transcript.
